| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨社区护理干预对脑卒中病人生活质量的影响。方法]将50例社区脑卒中恢复期病人在常规治疗护理基础上制订个性化心身康复干预训练计划,实施社区护理干预比较干预前后日常生活自理能力(ADL)、生存满意指数A(LSIA)等指标的变化情况。结果]干预后病人ADL、LSIA均明显改善,与干预前比较差异有统计学意义。结论]社区护理干预对帮助病人摆脱家人照顾的依赖心理,增强自信心,提高自我护理能力,预防并发症,提高生活质量有显著作用。
