| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经伤椎椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位的疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2007年2月至2009年5月收治的52例胸腰椎骨折脱位患者的临床资料,分成A、B两组,A组27例短节段四钉固定术,B组25例采用经伤椎椎弓根六钉固定术。随访12～18个月,平均15个月,骨折均达到临床愈合。对患者术前、术后1周及术后12个月伤椎前缘高度、Cobb角进行疗效评价。结果 A、B两组伤椎前缘高度、Cobb角术前、术后差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但两组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;术后1周与术后12个月两组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论经伤椎椎弓根置钉内固定可提高复位质量,增强脊柱的稳定性,是治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位安全有效的方法。
