| 摘 要： | 2007年7月～2009年7月,笔者应用锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折26例,临床效果满意。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组26例,男15例,女11例,年龄20～76岁。骨折采用Neer分型：二部分骨折6例,三部分骨折13例,四部分骨折7例。
