| 摘 要： | 目的 分析2004-2007年四川省结核病发病的空间聚集性特征.方法 运用Turnbull方法对结核病发病进行空间聚集性分析.结果 2004-2007年四川省结核发病率呈逐年增高趋势,空间聚集性探测结果显示4年均存在具有空间聚集的区域,主要位于川东、川北和川西地区,且4年中空间聚集区域有由川东向川北再向川西移动的趋势.结论 运用Turnbull方法能够探测出发病具有空间聚集性的主要区域及其强度顺位,可为确定重点防控及监控区域提供依据.
