游泳联合抚触对新生儿生长发育的影响

目的：探讨游泳联合抚触对新生儿生长发育的影响。方法：按照知情同意的原则将足月分娩的180例新生儿随机分为观察组（游泳联合抚触）和对照组（单纯沐浴）各90例。观察两组新生儿睡眠质量、粪便初排时间、转黄时间及体重情况。结果：观察组新生儿胎便初排及转黄时间较对照组显著提前,奶量增加,睡眠时间延长,至出生28天,新生儿体重增加明显好于对照组。结论：游泳和抚触的有机结合能促进新生儿的生长发育。

The Influence of the Swimming and Touching on the Neonatal Growth and Development

Objective:To investigate the influence of the swimming and touching on the neonatal growth and development.Methods:180 neonates of full term delivery based on neonatal parents consent were randomly divided into the observation group(90 neonates,swimming and touching) and the control group(90 neonates,singly bathing).The sleeping quality,the time of the first defecation,the time of meconium turned yellow,the increase of body weight were observed in both groups.Results:The time of the first defecation and the time of meconium turned yellow in the observation group were obviously advanced compared with those in the control group.The increase of the intake of milk,the prolongation of sleeping time and the increase of body weight after 28 days in the observation group were better than those in control group.There was significant difference in both groups.Conclusion:The swimming and touching can promote the neonatal growth and development.
