内锁股骨近端髓内钉与股骨近端髓内钉治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折疗效比较

目的比较内锁股骨近端髓内钉（ITST）与股骨近端髓内钉（PFN）内固定治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法将85例老年股骨转子间骨折患者,按治疗方法分为ITST组（41例）和PFN组（44例）。对两组手术时间、出血量和术后输血例数、并发症、骨折愈合时间、住院时间等进行比较。结果 ITST组及PFN级各有1例死亡,83例获得随访,时间6～36（19±3.2）个月。ITST组手术时间、失血量及输血例数、并发症均明显低于PFN组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者骨折临床愈合时间和住院时间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组骨折均愈合,无延迟愈合与不愈合。结论与PFN比较,ITST治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折创伤小,失血少,节省手术时间,早期临床疗效好。

Comparison of the effect of ITST and ordinary PFN used in intertrochanteric fracture in old people
