慢性充血性心衰者血清生长激素与肿瘤坏死因子水平变化及意义

目的：研究慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）患者血清生长激素（GH）及肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）的含量变化及意义。方法：应用放射免疫法测定36例CHF患者及30例健康体检者的血清GH及TNF-α含量,并比较两组的含量。结果：与健康体检者比较,CHF患者血清GH[（1.91±0.67）ng/ml∶（4.87±1.64）ng/ml]、TNF-α[（19.23±6.78）fmol/ml∶（44.64±19.48）fmol/ml]浓度显著升高（P〈0.01）;TNF-α水平随心功能分级增高而增高,心衰各组间差异显著（P〈0.05~0.01）。结论：结果提示血清生长激素和肿瘤坏死因子α均与心衰的发生和发展有关,肿瘤坏死因子α与心功能状态有关。

Changes of serum growth hormone and tumor necrosis factor levels and their clinical significance in patients with chronic congestive heart failure

Objective：To study changes of serum growth hormone（GH） and tumor necrosis factor-alpha（TNF-α） levels and their significance in patients with chronic congestive heart failure（CHF）.Methods：Radioimmunoassay was used to measure levels of serum GH and TNF-α in 36 patients with CHF and 30 normal controls,and levels of GH and TNF-α were compared between two groups.Results：Compared with normal controls,levels of serum GH [（1.91±0.67）ng/ml vs.（4.87±1.64）ng/ml]and TNF-α [（19.23±6.78） fmol/ml vs.（44.64±19.48） fmol/ml] significantly increased in patients with CHF（P0.01 both）.The level of TNF-α increased as cardiac function class increased and it showed significant difference among all groups of heart failure（P0.05~0.01）.Conclusion：The results suggest that both serum growth hormone and tumor necrosis factor-alpha correlated with occurrence and development of heart failure,and level of tumor necrosis factor-alpha is associated with cardiac function state.
