脉压、脉压指数与老年退行性主动脉瓣钙化的关系

目的：探讨脉压、脉压指数在老年退行性主动脉瓣钙化中的作用和影响。方法：选择2008年1月至2009年8月在我院住院,年龄≥60岁的老年患者160例为研究对象,根据超声心动图有、无退行性主动脉瓣钙化分为钙化组（78例）和无钙化对照组（82例）;所有入选对象均排除对脉压和瓣膜钙化有影响的疾病。观察两组收缩压、舒张压、脉压及脉压指数情况。结果：与无钙化对照组比较,钙化组患者的收缩压（138.5±7.852）mmHg∶（155.2±8.678）mmHg,P〈0.05]、脉压（48.96±5.468）mmHg∶（76.03±6.561）mmHg,P〈0.01]和脉压指数（0.34±0.043）∶（0.49±0.051）,P〈0.01]明显升高,而舒张压在两组之间无显著差异。结论：脉压和脉压指数增大与老年退行性心脏瓣膜病有关。

Relationship among pulse pressure, pulse pressure index and senile degenerative aortic valve calcification

Objective： To investigate the role and influence of pulse pressure,pulse pressure index on senile degenerative aortic valve calcification.Methods： A total of 160 patients aged ≥60 years in our hospital from January 2008 to August 2009 were enrolled.According with or without degenerative aortic valve calcification by echocardiography the patients were respectively divided into ： calcification group（n=78） and control group（n=82）.Levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,pulse pressure and pulse pressure index of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results： Compared with control group,there were significant increase in levels of systolic blood pressure （138.5±7.852） mmHg vs.（155.2±8.678） mmHg,P0.05],pulse pressure （48.96±5.468） mmHg vs.（76.03±6.561） mmHg,P0.01] and pulse pressure index （0.34±0.043） vs.（0.49±0.051）,P0.01] in calcification group,P0.05 all.But there was no significant difference between the two groups in level of diastolic blood pressure.Conclusion： Increase of pulse pressure and pulse pressure index may be related with aortic valve calcification.
