循证护理对预防骨科下肢大手术后深静脉血栓形成的临床应用

目的：应用循证护理探索骨科下肢大手术后发生下肢深静脉血栓的有效护理方法,以减少手术的并发症及术后的死亡率,提高手术的成功率。方法：对2009年1月至2011年1月我院骨科收治的双下肢大手术208例患者,运用查阅文献,选择最佳护理证据,制定相应的护理干预措施等循证护理程序,预防术后出现下肢深静脉血栓。结果：通过应用循证护理,收治的208例患者中,除3例患者发生轻度的下肢深静脉血栓,经及时治疗好转外,其余患者术后1个月内均无深静脉血栓的形成。结论：循证护理应用于骨科下肢大手术后,以预防下肢深静脉血栓为目的,可降低其发生率,是一种科学、有效的护理方法。

Application of Evidence-based Nursing on the Prevention of Deep Venous Thrombosis after the Operation of Lower Limb

Objective:To explore the evidence-based care in reducing lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after major surgery orthopedic and postoperative mortality,and to improve the success rate of surgery.Methods:In January 2009 to 2011 January 208 orthopedic patients in our hospital with lower extremity major surgery was select the best care and evidence,to develop appropriate nursing interventions,evidence-based nursing procedures such as surgery to prevent deep thrombosis.Results:Through the application of evidence-based care,there were except 3 patients developed mild lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,improved by timely treatment,the remaining patients had no the performance of deep vein thrombosis within one month.Conclusions:Evidence-based nursing applied to orthopedic lower limb after major surgery to prevent deep vein thrombosis for the purpose of reducing its incidence,is a scientific and effective methods of care.
