| 摘 要： | 2003年10月～2010年10月,我院对60例有移位的跟骨骨折者采用透视下钢针撬拨复位固定治疗,获得满意疗效,报道如下。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组60例（67足）,男55例,女5例,年龄18～55岁。均由高处坠落所致。患足跟部周围软组织肿胀、青紫、背伸受限。
