清洁手术的围手术期抗菌药物预防使用分析

目的:观察术前 术后未使用抗菌药,仅术前使用抗菌药和术前 术后均使用抗菌药三组病人清洁手术的切口愈合情况.方法:将三组病人术后情况进行统计分析.结果:三组病人切口愈合情况无显著性差异.结论:清洁手术术后一般不需要应用抗菌药物预防切口感染.

Analysis of Using Antimicrobial on Peri-operative Treatment of Clean Operation

Objective: To observe the postoperative incision infection of clean operation by comparing neither preoperative nor postoperative use of antimicrobial or only preoperative use of them or both preoperative and postoperative use of them. Methods: To make a statistical analysis on the postoperative situation of the patients in these three groups. Results: The three groups' therapeutic effects had no significant differences. Conclusion: It is not necessary to use antimicrobial for postoperative prevention from infection in clean operation.
