| 成石性和非成石性胆汁中结合胆汁酸/总酯比值的比较研究 |

| 摘 要： | 对成石性和非成石性胆汁中结合胆汁酸/总酯比值进行了比较研究,结果证实成石性胆囊胆汁和成石性胆管胆汁中总结合胆汁酸/总酯比例明显减少(对照组64.1%,胆囊结石组51.1%,胆管结石组41.4%),其中主要是甘氨胆酸/总酯和甘氨鹅脱氧胆酸/总酯比例的降低。这种降低与胆汁稳定性的破坏和胆石形成有重要的关系。

| Abstract: | The comparison of conjugated bile acids/total bile lipids was done between nonlithogenic and lithogenic bile.The results showed that the ratio of total conjugated bile acid/total bile lipids was significantly lower in gallbladder and duct stone groups than that in control one (control group 64.10%.gallbladder stone group 51.14% and duct stone group 41.42%),especially the ratio of glycocholic and glycochenocholic acids/total bile lipids.The decrease of the ratio was closely related to the destroy of bile stability and the formation of gallstone. |
