| 摘 要： | 随着医疗技术的进步，肿瘤患者的生存期得以延长，其生活质量越来越受到重视。近年来，与健康和生活质量密切相关的睡眠状况在医学界备受关注。在肿瘤患者中，睡眠障碍是很常见的。因此，解决肿瘤相关的睡眠问题成为提高肿瘤患者生活质量的重要手段。本文对肿瘤相关睡眠障碍的流行病学、病因和发病机制以及治疗方法的研究现状作一综述。

| Abstract: | Due to the development of medical technology, the survival time of cancer patients has been prolonged, and their life quality is getting more attention. In recent years, we are placing more and more emphasis on the sleep condition which is closely related to health and life quality. In cancer patients, sleep disturbance is rather common. Therefore, resolving the cancer-related sleep problems becomes one of the most important ways to improve the life quality of cancer patients. This article reviews the current research status on the epidemiology, etiology and treatment of cancer-related sleep disorders. |
