调肠理气片对不同证型气秘证干预的实验研究

目的探讨调肠理气片对各不同证型气秘证大鼠模型的首次黑便排出时间、血清SP、SS浓度的影响。方法将实验大鼠随机分为气滞组、气虚组、兼夹组、单纯组各12只及空白组10只，并进行相应造模，以调肠理气片干预，观察其首次黑便排出时间及干预前后血清SS、SP浓度的变化。结果调肠理气片干预后，气秘证总体排便时间明显缩短，其中气虚组、兼夹组明显短于干预前，且短于气滞组；三模型组与空白组间无显著性差异，但均短于单纯组。干预后，气秘证各组总体血清SS、SP浓度均下降，SP下降显著。气秘证除气滞组外血清SS均有所下降，气滞组、气虚组浓度显著低于单纯组；各组血清SP浓度均下降，气虚组下降明显，均高于单纯组，而气滞组与单纯组间差异显著。结论调肠理气片能改善气秘证大鼠便秘症状，尤其对气虚秘、虚实兼夹型气秘证疗效较好，其机制可能与调节相关胃肠激素有关。

Empirical Study of the Effects of Tiaochangliqi Tablets Treating CFC Due to Different Disorder of Qi

Objective:To observe the effects of Tiaochangliqi Tablets treating CFC due to different disorder of Qi by the first tary stool time,SS and SP in serum.Methods:Making the model mice of CFC due to different kinds of Qi sickness(Qi stagnation,Qi deficiency and including both),noting down and comparing the first tary stool time,the concentration of gastric-intestinal hormone(SS,SP) in serum before and after being treated.Results:The whole time was shorted after being treated.The Qi defciency group,the Qi stanation and Qi deficiency group shorter than that before treated,but the Qi stagnation was not,the three groups had no significant differences with the normal group,but were shorter than the single group.After tratment,the whole concentration of SS,SP in serum of the CFC due to disoreder of Qi were decline,and the SP had significant difference.The concentration of SS in serum of groups in CFC due to disorder of Qi were decline except the Qi stagnation group,the Qi stagnation group and the Qi deficiency gorup were below the single group.The cocentration of SS in serum of groups in CFC due to disorder of Qi were decline.The Qi deficiency group had a significant drop and each model group were higher than the single group.The Qi stagnation group had significant difference between the single group.Conclusion:The Tiaochangliqi Tablets can mend the model mice of CFC with Qi sickness syndrome,and it has better effect in the Qi stagnation and Qi deficinecy group,Qi deficinecy group.The mechanism maybe the Tiaochangliqi Tabltes can adjust the concentration of gastri-intestinal hormone.
