硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压病血压晨峰的疗效观察

目的观察硝苯地平控释片治疗晨峰高血压的疗效。方法通过动态血压检测明确有血压晨峰现象的130例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,每日服用硝苯地平控释片30 mg,每晚服用1次,需要将剂量递增到30 mg,每日2次。服药4、8周后进行动态血压监测。结果入选的130例高血压患者在服药4、8周后高血压晨峰值收缩压和舒张压与治疗前相比明显下降（P均〈0.01）。显效率达71.5%,总有效率达89.53%。结论硝苯地平控释片可有效控制晨峰高血压。

Study on Nifedipine CR Tablets Curative Effect on Hypertension by Morning Surge Observation

Objective This paper reports the morning surge observation about the Nifedipine CR Tablets （NCRT） curative effect on hypertension.Methods 130 primary hypertensives with morning surge diagnosed by dynamic blood pressure monitoring are selected as study objects.By taking 30 mg NCRT every night, incremental dose of 30 mg is necessary for twice a day.Results Then we measured the of the selected 130 hapertensives blood pressure after 4 and 8 weeks,respectively.Results show that the morning surge SBP and DBP decreases（Averange P0.1） after 4 and 8 weeks,respectively.The efficiency is 71.5%and total efficiency is 89.53%.Colnclusion：It is concluded that NCRT is effective to suppress the morning surge.
