| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低剂量多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图（LDDSE）试验中护理的的价值。方法 85例急性心肌梗死恢复期或陈旧性心肌梗死患者进行LDDSE,评价护理上的配合,记录不良反应。结果不良反应以心悸、心律失常、头痛为主,偶有低血压反应。结论 LDDSE是一项安全简便的评价存活心肌的方法,可以有效地指导临床决策。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing problem during low-dose dobutamine stress echocardiography （LDDSE） test.Methods 85 patients with myocardial infarction were studied by LDDSE test to evaluate the safety and the side effects,which should be aware of.Results The main side effects were palpitation,arrhythmia and headache,occasionally hypotension.Conclusion LDDSE is a safer and simpler method for the doctors to predict the myocardial viability. |
