家庭康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者康复研究

目的探讨家庭康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者的康复疗效研究。方法选取曾在我院住院治疗,精神病阳性症状基本消失,存在阴性症状,社会及家庭功能差,病程5 a以上,年龄16～65岁的患者120名,进行家庭康复训练,在研究前及家庭康复训练6个月后用阴性症状量表（SANS）、WHO编制的社会功能残疾评定量表（DAS）进行总分及因子分评估分析。结果 （SANS）、WHO编制的社会功能残疾评定量表（DAS）进行评估总分P〈0.01。结论家庭康复训练对慢性症患者的康复具有显著的疗效。

Study on family rehabilitation training on rehabilitation in patients with chronic schizophrenia

Objective Rehabilitation effect of family rehabilitation training on patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods Selection has been hospitalized in our hospital,positive symptoms disappeared,there is negative symptoms,social and family function,duration of 5 A and above,age 16 ~ at the age of 65,120 patients, family rehabilitation training,with negative symptoms scale in 6 months before and after rehabilitation training of family（SANS） WHO compilation,social function disability rating scale（DAS） were evaluated the total score and factor analysis.Results（SANS）,WHO for the social function disability rating scale（DAS） assessment score P0.01.Conclusion Family rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation of patients with chronic disease has significant curative effect.
