摘    要:目的:分析24小时动态心电图(DCG)在60岁以上老年心律失常诊断中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析我院2010年12月~2013年1月,981例老年患者的DCG与常规12导联心电图(ECG)检查结果,对二者结果进行对比分析,评估DCG在心律失常方面的诊断价值。结果:在各种心律失常的总检出率DCG明显高于ECG;在各种心律失常中,房性期前收缩最常见,发生率为90.2%,其次为室性期前收缩,占77.3%。结论:在老年患者心律失常诊断中DCG优于ECG。

Abstract:AIM: To analyze the clinical diagnostic value of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG) in elderly cardiac arrhythmia patients 〉 60 years of age. METHODS : Results of DCG and ECG were used to analyze cardiac arrhythmia in 981 elderly patients from December 2010 to January 2013 in our hospital and their clinical diagnostic value was compared. RESULTS: The total detection rate of DCG in cardiac arrhythmia diagnosis was higher than that of ECG. In various kinds of arrhythmias, premature atrial contraction was most common (90.2%) followed by premature ventricular beat (77.3%). CONCLUSION: With the increase of age, the incidence of arrhythmia, one of the most common causes of death in elderly patients, increased significantly in elderly subjects. Early DCG examination should be performed for patients 〉 60 years old and early detection of arrhythmia and determination of the severity will reduce the incidence of sudden death in elderly patients.
