| 摘 要： | 心血管疾病(CVD)是导致人类死亡的首要元凶。长期以来,CVD防治药物的研究一直是医药科学领域的重要课题之一。近年来,随着生命科学研究的进展,特别是细胞生物学、分子生物学、基因组组学和蛋白质组学等研究技术和方法的改进,极大地促进了CVD防治药物的研究。本文将简要介绍MicroRNA治疗方法在CVD治疗中的现状。

| Abstract: | Globally, cardiovascular diseases （CVD） have a higher death toll than any other diseases. Epidemiological surveys show that CVD will remain an important public health concern in medical science. With the development of cell and molecular biology, rapid progress has been made in pharmaceutical research for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. In this article we review the current status and progress of micro-RNA therapeutic applications in cardiovascular diseases. |
