膝关节疾病的超声诊断与关节镜检查的对比研究

目的研究常见膝关节疾病的超声图像特征，并与关节镜检查结果相对比。探讨超声显像对膝关节疾病的诊断价值。方法对48例临床检查疑诊为半月板退变、半月板损伤、盘状半月板、半月板囊肿、关节腔积液、关节内游离体等膝关节疾病常规进行超声检查后行关节镜检查治疗，并与关节镜检查结果对比。结果超声对常见膝关节疾病的诊断符合率为91．7％。结论超声检查常见膝关节疾病具有简便、无创、准确率高等优点。有较高的临床实用价值。

A comparative study between the ultrasonographic diagnosing and checking of arthroscopy in diseases of knee

Objective To investigate the character of Ultrasonographic in familiar diseases of knee and compareit with the result of arthroscopy checking so as, so as to study the value of Ultrasonography in diagnosing the diseases of knee. Methods 48 patients were examed by ultrasonic instruments before arthrosoopy and treatment, who were suspected as meniscas degeneration, meniscus lesion,discoid meniscus,meniscus cyst,effusion of joint cavity,intra -articular loose body,and the results were compared with those of arthroseopy checking. Results The accurate rate of ultrasound in diagnosing the diseases of knee was 91.7%. Conclusion ultrasongraphy has a higher clinic value in diagnosis of familiar diseases of knee because it is simple and harmles in use and high in accurate rate.
