加压钢板与交锁髓内钉内固定手术治疗胫骨干骨折205例疗效比较

目的 比较加压钢板与交锁髓内钉内固定手术治疗胫骨干骨折的疗效.方法 手术治疗205例胫骨干骨折,将其分成加压钢板组141例,交锁髓内钉组64例,加压钢板组中有30例为开放性骨折,其他病例均为闭合性骨折,治疗后对2组的疗效及并发症进行比较.结果 对205例患者平均随访18个月,加压钢板组出现钢板断裂5例,感染6例,骨不连3例,踝关节及膝关节僵硬20例,较多患者出现肌肉萎缩及骨质疏松,而交锁髓内钉组无上述并发症.结论 与钢板内固定手术治疗相比,交锁髓内钉内固定手术治疗胫骨干骨折的愈合率高,并发症少.

A comparison between the compression plate and interlocking intramedullary nail for treatment of tibal shaft fractrues

Objective To compare the therapeutic efficiency between the Compression plate and interlocking intramedullary nail for treatment of tibal shaft fractrue. Methods Two hundred and five cases of tibal shaft fracture were divided into the Compression plate group(group A ,141cases) and the intramedullary nail group(group B ,64cases). 30 cases fractrues were open in group A,the others were close fractures in group A and group B. After treatment, the curative effect and complications were compared . Results All cases were followed up about 18 months.In group A there were 5 cases′ plate break,6 cases had infection,3 cases′ fractures were nonunion,20 cases′ankle and knee jionts were ankylotic. Group B had no these complications. Conlusion The clinical results of the interlocking intramedullary nail are more excellent than the plates in the treatment of tibal shaft fractrue.
