| 摘 要： | 目的 结合药效学实验,筛选四角蛤蜊降糖有效部位,并确认其降血糖作用.方法 通过尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶(60 mg/kg)建立高血糖小鼠模型,考察四角蛤蜊提取物A和水溶性浸膏部位对高血糖小鼠的降血糖效果;并观察提取物A对葡萄糖引致的小鼠血糖升高、肾上腺素引致的小鼠血糖升高、正常小鼠糖异生和正常小鼠空腹血糖的影响.结果 四角蛤蜊提取物A能显著降低四氧嘧啶诱发的高血糖模型小鼠血糖,能对抗多种因素引起的小鼠血糖升高,对正常小鼠空腹血糖无明显影响.结论 四角蛤蜊提取物A具有降血糖的作用.
