| 摘 要： | 荨麻疹是皮肤科的一种常见病，伴随现代生活节奏的加快，人们工作压力的增大，荨麻疹的发病率呈现逐年上升趋势。现代医学认为荨麻疹的病因复杂，约75％的患者找不到致病原因，尤其是慢性荨麻疹。而传统中医药治疗本病有明显优势。笔者就近几年来中医对于荨麻疹的证治类型和治疗方法进行了归纳及分析，总结了本病病证类型，并讨论了毒邪夹杂症候，以便满足临床应用。

| Abstract: | Urticaria is a common disease of dermatology. As the accelerated pace of modern life and pressure, the incidence is increasing year by year. Modern medicine believed it has complex causes. Approximately 75% patients can not find the cause of the disease, especially chronic urticaria. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease has obvious advantages. Traditional Chinese medicine for the syndrome and treatment methods of urticaria were summarized and analyzed and discussed the toxin inclusions symptoms, in order to meet the clinical applications in recent years. |
