辨证取穴联合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹疗效观察及辨证施护

目的:观察辨证取穴联合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱的临床效果及护理干预。方法:将83例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组42例,采用辨证取穴及刺络拔罐治疗;对照组41例,口服阿昔洛韦片及外用阿昔洛韦乳膏。结果:治疗组愈显率为80.9%,对照组为41.4%,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。治疗组止痛效果明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:辨证取穴联合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹,配合正确的中医护理,其止痛快,疗程短,疗效明显优于西药组,值得推广。

Clinical Efficacy of Point Selection Combined with Blood-Letting Acupuncture and Cupping on Herpes Zoster and Nursing Based on Syndrome Differentiation

Objective ： To observe effects of point selection combined with blood-letting acupuncture and cupping on herpes zoster and nursing intervention based on syndrome differentiation. Methods： 83 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into treatment group which was treated with point selection combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping and control group which was treated with oral Aciclovir Tablets and Aciclovir cream for external use. Results ： The cure and excellent rate was 80.9% in treatment group and 41.4% in control group, and the difference was significant between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Treating herpes zoster with point selection combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping, coordinated with right TCM nursing can relieve pain quickly, achieve shorter treatment duration and better efficacy than western drug group, which is worthy of popularizing.
