补肾健脾利湿方治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征临床观察

目的:观察补肾健脾利湿方治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法:48例肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者给予补肾健脾利湿方治疗,研究采用自身前后对照法,观察治疗前后月经、卵巢体积及卵泡发育情况、血清FSH、LH、LH/FSH、T水平、体重指数变化。结果:补肾健脾利湿方可以明显降低血清LH、T、LH/FSH水平(P0.05),卵巢体积变小(P0.05),优势卵泡形成增加(P0.05),体重指数下降(P0.05),月经情况明显改善。结论:补肾健脾利湿方治疗多囊卵巢综合征有良好临床疗效。

Clinical Observation of Tonifying Kidney and Strengthening Spleen and Excreting Dampness Treatment of Obesity Type Polycystic Ovarian

Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Tonifying Kidney and Strengthening Spleen and Excreting Dampness Decoction in the treatment of obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods ： 48 cases of obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated with Tonifying Kidney and Strengthening Spleen and Excreting Dampness were selected. We researched the control method and observed menstruation, ovarian volume and follicular development changes, serum FSH, LH, LH/FSH, T levels, body mass index. Results ： Tonifying Kidney and Strengthening Spleen and Excreting Dampness Decoction can significantly reduce serum LH, T, LH/FSH levels （ P〈0.05 ） and ovarian volume （ P〈0.05 ）. The dominant follicle formation increased （ P〈O.05 ）. The body mass index （ P〈O.05 ） and menstrual conditions improved. Cone]usion ： Tonifying Kidney and Strengthening Spleen and Excreting Dampness Decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome has good curative effect.
