小儿反复呼吸道感染中医药管理治疗分析与护理措施

目的：探讨中医药治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染（RRTI）的临床疗效,观察整体护理措施的临床护理效果。方法：随机抽取我院儿科自2011年6月—2013年6月接收诊治的90例RRTI患者进行中医药辨证治疗,作为实验组,治疗同时开展整体护理。以同期入院的90例RRTI患儿作为对照组,对照组患儿采取常规治疗和护理。观察治疗效果并统计患儿并发症情况及护理满意度。结果：实验组有效率为94.5%,对照组为78.9%;实验组并发症率和满意率分别为4.4%和97.8%,而对照组为11.1%和72.2%。上述比较项差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：RRTI临床进行中医药辨证治疗疗效显著,在治疗过程中对患儿实施整体护理措施可以减少并发症发病率,加快患儿康复。

Chinese Medicine Treatment and Nursing for Children with Recurrent Respiratory Infections

Objective ： To explore the effect of Chinese medicine and holistic nursing in the treatment of recurrent respiratory infections. Methods ： 90 cases with RRTI in pediatric department from June 2011 to June 2013 received TCM differential treatment were as the experimental group, meanwhile treated with holistic nursing. And another 90 cases with RRTI of hospitalized children at the same period were as the control group. The control group accepted regular treatment and care. Effect of treatment as well as the complications and nursing satisfaction were observed. Results ： The effective rate of experimental group was 94.5% and it was 78.9% for the control group. Complication rates and satisfaction rates in experimental group were 4.4% and 97.8%, while in the control group it was 11.1% and 72.2%. The above comparison items had statistically significant differences （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： TCM differential treatment was of significant effect in the treatment of children with RRTI. The implementation of the whole process of nursing can reduce the incidence of complications and accelerale the rehabilitation of children.
