唐山产桑叶中桑叶多糖对2型糖尿病大鼠糖代谢及脂代谢影响

摘    要:目的:研究桑叶多糖对实验性2型糖尿病(T2DM)模型大鼠糖代谢及脂代谢的影响。方法:大鼠高糖高脂饲料喂养4周后,腹腔注射30mg·kg^-1链脲佐菌素(STZ),建立T2DM大鼠模型,随机分为糖尿病模型对照组、桑叶多糖低剂量组(灌胃180mg·kg^-1·d^-1)、中剂量组(灌胃360mg·kg^-1·d^-1)、高剂量组(灌胃540mg·kg^-1·d^-1)及罗格列酮治疗组(灌胃4mg·kg·d^-1)。持续灌胃给药60d后测空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、胰岛素(Ins)的含量。结果:桑叶多糖可降低T2DM模型大鼠的FBG、HbAlc、总胆固醇(TCH)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平,提高高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和Ins水平,与模型组比较有明显改善(P〈0.05),与罗格列酮药物治疗组无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论:桑叶多糖能有效地降低T2DM模型大鼠的血糖,促进胰岛素(Ins)分泌.纠正糖尿病大鼠脂代谢紊乱.调节血脂。

Abstract:Objective : To study the influence of Mori Folium Polysaccharide ( MFP ) on blood glucose and serum lipoprotein in T2DM rats. Methods : Type 2 diabetes model was induced with high sucrose-fat diet for 4 weeks and STZ by intraperitoneal injection with the dose of 30 mg·kg^-1. The rats were randomly divided into groups: model group, MFP low dose ( 180 mg ·kg^-1·d^-1 ) and middle dose ( 360 mg ·kg^-1·d^-1 )and high dose treatment group ( 540 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 ), rosiglitazone treatment group (4 mg ·kg^-1·d^-1 ). Blood glucose, serum lipoprotein, HbAlc and Ins contents in rats were detected after 60 d of continuous medication. Results : FMP can reduce the levels of blood glucose, HbAlc, TG, TCH and LDL and improve the levels of HDL and Ins. Those were significant deviations to compare with those of the model group ( P〈0.05 ) and it had no significant difference with the rosiglitazone treatment group (P〉0.05). Conclusion: MFP can effectively reduce the rat's blood glucose of T2DM, promote Ins secretion, correct the disorder of lipid metabolism in diabetic rats and regulate the serum lipoprotein.
