通腹汤对腹部手术后胃肠功能影响

目的：探讨通腹汤对腹部手术后胃肠功能的影响。方法：选取我院腹部外科手术后胃肠功能紊乱患者150例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各75例。对照组常规治疗,观察组增加通腹汤,200 mL/（次·剂）,每日1剂。对比肠鸣音恢复、自主排气、首次排便时间,及血常规变化。结果：观察组术后肠鸣音恢复、自主排气及排便时间较对照组显著缩短（P=0.000）;治疗后,两组患者WBC、RBC、HGB较治疗前显著降低（P=0.000,P=0.001）,但观察组患者降低幅度显著小于对照组（P=0.001,P=0.016）。结论：通腹汤能够改善腹部手术后紊乱的胃肠功能,缩短患者恢复时间。

Influence of Tongfu Decoction on Gastrointestinal Function after Abdominal Surgery

Objective： To discuss the influences of Tonggu Decoction on gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery. Methods： 150 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal surgery were selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of them was 75. The control group were treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group added Tongfu Decoction, 200 mL/times, 1 agent a day. Contrast bowel sounds recovery, independent exhaust and defecation for the first time and the change of blood routine were observed. Resuhs ： The postoperative bowel sound recovery, independent exhaust and defecation time of observation group were significantly shortened than those of control group （ P=0.000 ）. After treatment, the WBC, RBC, HGB of two groups were significantly lower than those before （ P=0.000, P=0.001 ）, but the reduction between the two groups showed a significant difference （ P=0.001 , P=0.016 ） . Conclusion ： Tongfu Decoction can improve disorder of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery and shorten the patients＇ recovery time.
