| 摘 要： | 目的：比较林下参与高丽参对小鼠的解酒作用。方法：应用45°市售白酒,分别观察林下参与高丽参对急性酒精中毒小鼠的醉酒时间、睡眠时间、酒后自主活动及肝脏组织中谷胱甘肽（GSH）、乙醇脱氢酶（ADH）含量的影响。结果：林下参与高丽参均能延长小鼠的醉酒时间,缩短小鼠的睡眠时间,增加酒后自主活动并能显著提高小鼠肝组织的GSH、ADH水平。同时,高丽参的以上作用优于林下参。结论：林下参与高丽参均具有一定的解酒作用,且高丽参效果优于林下参。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To investigate the anti-alcohol effect on mice of wild ginseng and Korean ginseng. Methods ： Ehriety time, sleeping time, independent activity and the content of glutathione and ethanol dehydrogenase in liver tissue of mice, that feed with the extract of wild ginseng and korean ginseng, were determined using the commercial 45° alcohol. Results ： It was found that ebriety time and independent activity were increased, sleeping time was decreased. The content of glutathione and ethanol dehydrogenase was significant improved. The above effect of Korean ginseng was better than that of wild ginseng. Conclusion ： Wild ginseng and Korean ginseng have the anti-alcohol effect on mice. The effect of Korean ginseng is better than that of wiht ginseng. |
