摘 要: | 目的:研究和比较鸢尾属不同植物射干、日本鸢尾、德鸢尾清除DPPH·药理活性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定DPPH·含量,色谱柱:Kromasil C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸水(80:20)检测波长517 nm。比较各样品对DPPH·自由基清除作用。结果:射干、日本鸢尾、德鸢尾清除DPPH·的IC50值分别为0.020、0.004、0.018。三者对DPPH·自由基清除作用强弱顺序为:日本鸢尾〉德鸢尾≥射干。结论:不同鸢尾属植物对DPPH·自由基的清除作用有较大差别,提示除射干之外的其它鸢尾属植物也有较强的抗氧化作用。

Abstract: | Objective: To investigate and compare the pharmacological activities of eliminating the DPPH " free radical of 3 different species of Iris, Belamcanda, Iris japonica and Iris German. Method : The content of the DPPH was measured by the HPLC method, a column of Kromasil C18 ( 4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm ) was used, the mobile phase composed of methyl alcohol and 0.1%phosphoric acid solution ( 80 : 20 ), and the detection wavelength at 517 nm, and thus to compare the pharmacological activities of the DPPH· of the specimens. Result: The elimination of DPPH· free radical IC50 by Belamcanda,Iris japonica and Iris German were 0.020,0.004,0.018. The pharmacological activities of eliminating the DPPH· free radical were ranked as follows : Iris japonica 〉 Iris German ≥ Belamcanda. Conclusion : There is quite a significant difference among the different Iris species in pharmacological activity of eliminating the DPPH· free radical, which suggests that other Iris except Belamcanda also has stronger antioxidant effect. |
