白及组培苗移栽技术研究

摘    要:目的:建立白及组培苗移栽方法。方法:以4个类型的白及组培苗、2种栽培基质为试验材料,统计移栽成活率和初期生长情况。结果:无块茎的白及组培苗不能成活,直接移栽于大田中与人工基质中的组培苗成活率基本一致。结论:白及组培苗质量好坏是由组培苗的块茎大小决定的,块茎越大成活率越高。透气又保水的移栽基质有利于白及组培苗的成活。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the transplanting method of tissue culture seedlings in Bletilla striata. Methods: Four kinds of its tissue culture seedings and two methods of culture mediums were used to analyse transplantation survival rate and initial growth state. Results: The tissue culture seedings of no tubers cannot survive. The survival rates were consistent basically in t aejo n and in art ifical culture mediums. Conclusion: The quality of tissue culture seeding was determined hy its size of tuber. The culture merliurn of gas permeation and water holding was conducive to survival of tissue culture seeclings.
