寻常型银屑病应用加味凉血消风散治疗作用机制

目的:研究寻常型银屑病应用于加味凉血消风散治疗的临床效果与作用机制。方法:对本院皮肤科于2011年8月—2013年8月收治的30例银屑病患者编为研究组,采用加味凉血消风散治疗;将同时期的30例患者作为对照组,采用复方青黛胶囊进行治疗。以4周为1个疗程,2个疗程结束后观察患者的病情治疗情况。研究组与对照组的年龄、性别以及患病程度均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结果:治疗结束后两组患者的症状均有所好转,服用加味凉血消风散研究组,有29例患者有明显好转,总有效率为96.67%;而服用复方青黛胶囊的对照组共有22例患者呈现好转(73.33%);两组的对比具有统计学意义,P0.05。且服用加味凉血消风散均无不适感。结论:加味凉血消风散对于银屑病具有良好的疗效,而且用药安全,患者的症状有明显的好转。

Mechanism of Modified Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder in Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective ： To study the mechanism of modified Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods： Form August 2011 to August 2013 in Department of Dermatology in our hospital,30 cases of psoriasis patients were selected as study group, using modified Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder. 30 cases of the same period were used as control group and treated with Compound Qingdai Capsule. 4 weeks was a course of treatment. The patients＇ conditions after the two courses of treatment were observed. There was no statistical significance between the two groups of age, gender and disease degree （ P〉0.05 ） . Results ： At the end of treatment, symptoms in patients of the two groups were improved. Taking modified Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder group had 29 patients improved and the total effective rate was 96.67%. The control group which took Compound Qingdai Capsule had a total of 22 patients （ 73.33% ） effective and the effective rate comparison in two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. And modified Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder group showed no adverse reactions. Conclusion： Modified Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder has good curative effect on psoriasis and drug safety. The symptoms have obvious improvement.
