大柴胡汤合桂枝茯苓丸对瘀血型慢性支气管哮喘临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察大柴胡汤合桂枝茯苓丸对瘀血为主因的慢性支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将确诊瘀血为主因的慢性支气管哮喘患者40例,完全随机分为治疗Ⅰ组(治疗Ⅱ组基础上加大柴胡汤合桂枝茯苓丸,20例)和治疗Ⅱ组(吸入型糖皮质激素,20例),观察治疗后两组总显效率及复发率。结果:治疗Ⅰ组总有效率高于治疗Ⅱ组,治疗Ⅰ组复发率低于治疗Ⅱ组。结论:对于以瘀血为主因的慢性支气管哮喘中西医结合疗效优于单纯使用西药。

Abstract:Objective : To observe the therapeutic effect of Major Bupleurum Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Pills on blood stasis syndrome of chronic bronchial asthma. Methods : 40 cases with blood stasis syndrome of chronic bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into treatment group Ⅰ ( treatment group Ⅱ plus Major Bupleurum Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Pills, 20 cases )and treatment group Ⅱ ( inhaled corticosteroids, 20 cases ). After treatment, total effective rate and recurrence rate were observed. Results : The total efficiency of the treatment group Ⅰ was higher than that of the treatment group Ⅱ . The recurrence rate of treatment group Ⅰ was lower than that of treatment groupⅡ . Conclusion : For chronic bronchial asthma, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment was better than Western medicine treatment.
