中医辨证施护结合艾灸疗法对卒中后抑郁心脾两虚型疗效观察

目的：观察中医辨证施护结合艾灸疗法对卒中后抑郁心脾两虚型的效果。方法：将54例卒中后抑郁心脾两虚型患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组在常规治疗及护理的基础上给予中医辨证施护及艾灸进行治疗，对照组给予常规治疗及常规护理，分别在治疗前及治疗后3周采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）及汉密顿抑郁量表（24HAMD）对患者进行评定。结果：两组治疗后SDS评分及HAMD评分差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01），且观察组HAMD评分明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中医辨证施护结合艾灸疗法对卒中后抑郁心脾两虚型效果肯定，能有效调整患者的心理状态，使患者抑郁状态得以改善。

Observation of Curative Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dialectical Nursing with Moxa-Wool Moxibustion on Post-Stroke of Both Heart and Spleen Deficiency

Objective： The purpose was to test the curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing with moxa-wool moxibustion on pst-stroke of both heart and spleen deficiency. Method ： 54 patients with post-stroke of both heart and spleen deficiency were divided into the treatment group and the comparing group. The patients in treatment group were given the dialectical nursing with moxa-wool moxibustion, while the patients in comparing group given traditional treatment and nursing, and then the patients would be evaluated by using the depression self- evaluation sheet （ SDS ） and Hamiltion Drepression evaluation sheet （ 24 HAMD ） before and 3 weeks after the treatment. Results ： The SDS scoring for both groups and the scoring by HAMD were significant （ P〈0.01 ）, and HAMD scoring in treatment group was obviously lower than that of comparing group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclussion ： It shows that the curative effects for patients in treatment group are obvious. This treatment method will help to improve the psychological condition of patients and help to curb the depressive feelings of the patients.
