肿瘤科门诊初诊患者诊治需求分析

目的:研究分析省级中医院肿瘤科门诊初诊患者来诊特点及需求。方法:连续选取2013年6月—7月辽宁省中医院肿瘤科主任殷东风教授门诊初诊恶性肿瘤患者100例,应用MicrosoftExcel制表,进行数据收集并加以统计,以总结肿瘤科门诊患者来诊特点及需求。结果:来诊患者中人数最多的为肺癌及乳腺癌患者,而已手术的患者中出现复发转移的占55.22%;71%的患者来诊时正在或已经接受其他治疗;52%的患者单纯为服用中药来诊,而48%的患者来诊目的还包括来诊断、西医治疗中疗效评价、商讨变更方案;根据ZPS评分及患者各大系统功能状态,早、中期患者与晚期患者比例约为2∶1。结论:患者来诊的目的多样化,除服用中药治疗外,还包括来诊断、西医治疗中疗效评价、商讨变更方案等,这对肿瘤科医生的知识结构提出了更高的要求。

Analysis on Treatment Needs of Patients in Oncology Clinic

Objective：To analyze the characteristics and needs of patients in oneology outpatient clinic of Provincial Hospital of TCM. Methods： 100 cancer patients from June to July 2113 in oneology deparment treated by Professor YIN Dongfeng were selected and the data was collected to summarize the ontology outpatienls＇ characteristics and needs. Results ： The largest number of patients was lung cancer and breast cancer patients and surgery patients had recurrence, accounting for 55.22% while 71% of the patients came for treatment or have received other therapies. 52% of patients took Chinese herbal medicine, while 48% of patients seeked treatment purposes, including the diagnosis and treatment efficacy evaluation to discuss the changes. According to ZPS scores and functional status in patients with major systems, the ratio of early and advanced patients was about 2 ： 1. Conclusion： Patients seek treatment for the purpose of diversification, in addition to taking the treatment of Chinese herbal medicine, including the diagnosis and treatment efficacy evaluation, etc. This knowledge structure put foroeard higher requirements for oncologist.
