《世补斋医书》“不使病大”治疗原则探析

陆九芝是我国清代后期著名医家,其在著作《世补斋医书》中提出了＂不使病大＂的治疗原则。这一原则建立在《内经》理论的基础之上,主张治病求本,强调辨证,辨证尤重虚实,从理论基础到临床施治形成了一套有机的系统,其理论内涵对今天的临床治疗思想仍有借鉴意义。

Discussion on Principle of Treatment of Preventing Many Diseases from Becoming Serious in Medical Book of Shibuzhai

LU Jiuzhi was a famous physician in the late QiRg Dynasty in China. In his book, The Medical Book of Shihuzhai, he put forward a principle of treatment of preventing many diseases from becoming serious. It was based on the theory of Neijing, advocated that treatment should be aimed at its root causes and stressed treatment based on syndrome differentiation especially deficiency and excess. The theory established a set of organic system from the theoretical basis to the clinical treatment, and still has reference meaning for the thought of current clinical treatment.
