| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针剌配合鼠神经生长因子穴位注射治疗脑性瘫痪斜视的，临床疗效。方法：采用针刺配合鼠神经生长因子穴位注射治疗脑瘫斜视20例，观察临床治疗效果。结果：基本治愈4例（20％），好转11例（55％），无效5例（25％）。结论：临床观察表明针刺配合鼠神经生长因子穴位注射对矫正脑瘫患儿的斜视有较好效果。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture used in conjunction with acupoint injecting nerve growth factor on treating strabismus with cerebral palsy. Method ： 20 cases of strabismus with cerebral palsy were treated with acupuncture used in conjunction with acupoint injecting nerve growth factor and the clinical therapeutic effect was observed. Results ： 4 cases （20%） were essentially cured, 11 cases （25%） were improved, and 5 cases （25%） were ineffectiveness. Conclusion ： The clinical observation shows that acupuncture used in conjunction with acupoint injecting nerve growth factor has a relatively good effect in treating strabismus with cerebral palsy. |
