复元活血汤加减治疗湿热瘀阻型CP疗效观察

目的：观察复元活血汤加减治疗湿热瘀阻型CP的临床疗效以及近期复发的情况。方法：将124例患者随机分为两组，治疗组64例采用复元活血汤加减治疗，对照组60例给予西药（左氧氟沙星＋甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片）治疗．结果：临床总有效率治疗组为92．19%，对照组为78．33％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗前后的慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数（NIH—CPSI评分）及白细胞计数比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗结束时及治疗结束后30d分别比较，治疗组疗效及预后情况均优于对照组。结论：复元活血汤加减治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性前列腺炎可以明显改变患者的临床症状及实验学指标，而且能有效降低其近期复发率，疗效可靠，值得进一步推广和研究.

Clinical Therapeutic Observation of Modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction in Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis with Dampness-Heat and Blood Stasis Type

Ohjective： To observe the clinical therapeutic observation of modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction in treatment of sixty-four cases of chronic prostatitis （ CP ） with dampness-heat and blood stasis types and the short-term relapse situation. Mpthods： One hundred and twenty-four cases were randomized into two groups. In the treatment group, sixty-four cases were treated with Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction. In the control group, sixty cases were orally treated with Levofloxacin and Cardura controlledrelease tahlets. Results： The total effective rate was 92.190/0 in the treatment group and 78.330/0 in the control group with significant difference （P〈O.05 ）. In both two groups, there were significant differences of the NIH-CPSI scores and the leukocyte counts before and after treatment （P〈O.05 ）. At the end and thirty days after treatment, the short-term relapse rate in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group. Conclusion： Modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction could obviously improve the clinical symptoms and the experimental indexes of the CP patients, especially reduce the short-term relapse rate with definite therapeutic efficacy. It is worthy of being further investigation.
