| 摘 要： | 慢性肺源性心脏病肺动脉高压治疗进展中,其中中医药治疗为中国特色治疗,古人认为其属于"肺胀"范畴,与痰、瘀等多种病理因素相关,但活血化瘀疗法的临床应用尤其广泛,其中包括静脉液体输注中药制剂、口服中药及穴位活血化瘀疗法,形式多种多样,但都能改善肺心病患者的肺动脉高压,说明活血化瘀疗法具有临床研究性。

| Abstract: | Traditional Chinese medicine is the special treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension due to chronic cor pulmonale. The ancients thought it belonged to the lung-distension and was related to phlegm, blood stasis and any other pathological factors. Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method has wide application in clinical treatment. There are intravenous fluid infusions of Chinese materia medica preparation, oral medicine and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis by acupuncture points. They could change pulmonary arterial hypertension due to chronic cor pulmonale. That is to say promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method of pulmonary arterial hypertension due to chronic eor pulmonale has research significance in clinical treatment. |
