高速逆流色谱分离纯化天然产物中生物碱类成分应用进展

摘    要:高速逆流色谱(hight-speed counter current chromatography,HSCCC)技术是国际上较新型的液-液分配色谱技术,近几年被广泛应用于天然产物的分离纯化和研制方面,在分离纯化天然产物中生物碱类化合物尤为突出。该文对高速逆流色谱技术在分离纯化天然产物生物碱类化学成分、活性成分;pH-区带精制逆流色谱在分离纯化生物碱的应用状况;以及高速逆流色谱与其他分析检测技术的联用进行了综述。

Abstract:High-speed counter-current chromatography (hight -speed counter current chromatography, HSCCC )technology is a new type of international liquid-liquid distribution chromatography technology, and is widely used in recent years. The separation and purification of natural products and developed in the purification of alkaloids compounds in natural products is particularly prominent. In this paper, the high speed countereurrent chromatography in the separation and purification of natural product alkaloids chemical constituents, active ingredients; pH - zone refined counter-current chromatography in the purification of alkaloids application ; and high-speed countercurrent chromatography combined with other analysis testing technology are reviewed.
