温针灸配合超短波治疗原发性痛经疗效观察

目的：观察温针灸配合超短波治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法：将治疗组41例原发性痛经患者在月经前1周给予温针灸配合超短波治疗，于月经来潮当天停止治疗，并与对照组41例于月经前1周给予妇女痛经丸口服，至月经来潮当日停止口服，连续治疗3个月经周期进行疗效对比。结果：治疗组临床治愈率为70．7％，总有效率为95．1％；对照组临床治愈率为26．8％，总有效率为75．6%（P〈0．05）。结论：温针灸配合超短波于月经前1周开始治疗．月经来潮当日停止治疗原发性痛经是一种有效的治疗方法。

Effect Observations of Warm Acupuncture Combined FM for Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined FM for primary dysmenorrhea. Methods： 82 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were divided into two 41-patient groups randomly： the treatment group and the contrast group. The treatment group was given warm acupuncture combined FM one week before menstruation and stopped at the beginning of menstruation. The contrast group was given Women Dysmenorrhea Pill one week before menstruation and stopped at the beginning of menstruation. The effects were compared after three menstruation phases. Results ： The clinical effective rate of treatment group was 70.7%, and the total effective rate was 95.1%. The clinical effective rate of contrast group was 26.8%, and the total effective rate was 75.6% （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： There is significant effect of warm acupuncture combined FM for primary dysmenorrhea.
