缺血性心肌病中医辨证施治治疗探析

目的：进一步研究缺血性心肌病的中医辨证施治治疗效果。方法：收集了2012年3月—2013年3月我院收治的76例缺血性心肌病患者临床资料进行详细研究,将上述患者随机分为两组,38例对照组患者接受常规的西医治疗,38例治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上,接受中医辨证治疗。结果：治疗组患者心肌功能治疗有效率（89.5%）显著高于对照组（68.4%）,P〈0.05,具有差异统计学意义。治疗组患者心脏超声参数显著优于对照组,P〈0.05,具有差异统计学意义。治疗组患者中有1例胃肠道不适。结论：缺血性心肌病的中医辨证施治治疗效果显著,能有效改善患者心肌功能,不良反应率较低,安全有效,值得广泛研究推广。

Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Ischemic Cardiomyopathy

Objective ： To further study the effect of evidence-based medicine of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy. Methods： During March 2012-March 2013 in our hospital, the clinical data of 76 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy was studied in detail. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. 38 cases in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment and 38 cases of treatment group added syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine therapy. Results ： The treatment group＇s myocardial function treatment efficiency （ 89.5% ） was significantly higher than that of the control group （ 68.4% ） with statistical significance difference, P〈0.05. Cardiac ultrasound parameters were significantly better than those of control group with statistical significance difference, P〈0.05. Treatment group had 1 case with gastrointestinal discomfort. Conclusion ： The evidencebased medicine of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ischemie cardiomyopathy has significant effect, and can effectively improve cardiac function, lower the rate of adverse reactions. It is safe and effective, and is worth widely studied.
