摘    要:目的:为了更好的指导临床医生合理有效地使用中药制剂,探讨3种清热解毒复方制剂及复方甘草酸苷单独使用及联合抗生素使用后对常见致病菌的体外抑菌活性。方法:采用肉汤二倍稀释法,研究几种复方清热解毒中药及复方甘草酸苷单独使用及与左氧氟沙星联合使用后对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性,来观察不同复方中药对不同细菌抑菌活性。结果:痰热清的抑菌活性要高于其他2种清热解毒复方制剂,尤其是痰热清与左氧氟沙星联合应用时,能够明显增强左氧氟沙星针对金黄色葡萄球菌及耐甲西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的抑菌活性,其次是复方甘草酸苷制剂,在与左氧氟沙星联合应用时,在一定程度上能够增强左氧氟沙星的抑菌活性。结论:痰热清和复方甘草酸苷制剂在与左氧氟沙星联合应用时,能够明显增强左氧氟沙星的抑菌效果,为临床合理使用中药制剂提供了理论基础。

Abstract:Objective: In order to better guide clinicians in rational and effective use of traditional Chinese medicine preparation, it discussed three kinds of preparations and detoxification compound glycyrrhizin alone and combined use of antibiotics in vitro antibacterial activity against common pathogens. Methods : Using the broth two times dilution method, several studies medicine and detoxification compound glyeyrrhizin alone and after levofloxacin in combination with Escherichia toll, Staphylococcus aureus and methieillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus ( MRSA )antibacterial activity were used to observe the different antibacterial activities of compound Chinese medicine for different bacteria. Results: Tanreqing antibacterial activity was better than the other two kinds of detoxifieation compound, especially Tanreqing injection combined with levofloxaein, which can significantly enhance the levofloxacin against Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus ( MRSA )antibacterial activity, followed by Compound Glycyrrhizin preparation in combined with levofloxacin which can enhance the antibacterial activity of levofloxacin in a certain extent. Conclusion : Tanreqing and compound glycyrrhizin preparation in combination with levofloxacin can significantly enhance the inhibitory effect of levofloxacin, providing a theoretical basis for clinical rational use of medicine.
