| 摘 要： | 肺栓塞（PE）是下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）最危险的并发症,是临床上猝死的常见和重要原因。据文献报道,肺栓塞患者的栓子大多来源于DVT,占50%~90%。所以应对DVT患者给予足够的重视。该文对近一年我院血管外科收治的两例下肢深静脉血栓形成并发肺栓塞的护理进行记录。

| Abstract: | Pulmonary embolism （ PE ） is a severe complication of deep vein thrombosis （ DVT ） of lower limb, and is the clinically common and important cause of sudden death. Literature reported most embolus of the patients with pulmonary embolism originate from DVT, accounting for 50%-90%. So dealing with DVT patients should be given enough attention. This paper records the nursing of the pulmonary embolism of 2 patients complicated by lower limb deep vein thrombosis. |
