关节镜清理术后配合中医药疗法治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效分析

目的：探讨关节镜清理术后配合中医药疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法：48例（57膝）骨性关节炎患者进行了膝关节镜清理手术。术后常规功能锻炼及运用中医药疗法。结果：随访0.5~2年,术后大多数患者关节局部症状得到改善,关节活动情况好转,无感染,未出现其他并发症。结论：关节镜清理术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎手术创伤小,恢复快,可有效的解除或缓解临床症状,改善关节功能,延缓疾病病程的发展,是治疗骨性关节炎的一种有效措施。

Clinical Analysis of Arthroscopic Debridement Combined with TCM Therapy of Senile Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective ： To investigate the method and curative effect of arthroscopic debridement for knee ostcoarthritis. Method ： 57 knees of 48 patients who got osteoarthritis were treated with knee arthroscopic operation. And then patients were asked to do some regular functional exercise after surgery and treated with TCM methods. Results ： Patients were followed up for 0.5-2 years. The local joint symptoms of most patients were improved after surgery. The joint activities were improved better with no infection or other complications. Conclusion ： The arthroscopic debridement for knee osteoarthritis operation has little trauma and quick recovery. It can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms, improve joint function and delay the development of the disease. And it is an effective measure for treating osteoarthritis.
