| 摘 要： | 目的：观察眼针疗法治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法：将全部90例失眠病例采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组采用辨证后取眼针穴区进行针刺治疗,对照组单纯予以西药治疗,7 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组治疗后SRSS、PSQI量表积分均优于对照组,P〈0.05。治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论：彭氏眼针疗法治疗失眠疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe the effect of eye-acupuncture treating insomnia. Methods ： 90 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 45 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with eye-acupuncture. The control group used Western medicine only. 7 days was 1 course. 2 courses later, the effect of two groups was observed and compared. Results： SRSS and PSQI scale scores in treatment group after treatment were superior to those of control group, P〈0.05. The total effective rate of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion ： PENG＇s eye-acupuncture has certain effect on insomnia. |
