| 摘 要： | 颈性眩晕是颈部病变引起的椎基底动脉供血不足造成的眩晕。人迎穴为多气多血足阳明胃经之穴，与多条经脉相通，联属各个脏腑，是重要的经穴之一。针刺人迎穴具有调整机体阴阳、疏通全身气血之效。且人迎穴具有复杂的治疗眩晕的生理解剖结构基础。临床应用治疗颈性眩晕疗效颇佳，其在治疗颈性眩晕的，临床运用中具有很大的重要性。

| Abstract: | Cervical vertigo is cervical lesions caused by vertebral basilar artery blood supply deficiency. Renying point, in Foot Yangming meridian, has rich Qi and blood supply and relates to other Zang-fu organs and is one of the important acupuncture points. Acupuncture at Renying has functions of adjusting the body＇s Yin and Yang and dredging systemic blood. And Renying has the complex physiological anatomy basis in the treatment of vertigo. The clinical curative effect is good. In the treatment of cervical vertigo, it is of great importance in clinical application. |
