辨证施护在提高支气管哮喘患者预后生活质量中效果分析

目的：研究运用辨证施护对提高支气管哮喘患者预后生活质量的临床效果。方法：将来本科室进行治疗的114例支气管哮喘患者分两组,观察组和对照组,各57例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予辨证施护,对两组患者进行生活质量和中医证候评分,比较临床效果。结果：生活质量评分和中医症候评分中的各项因子在护理前后差异均显著（P〈0.05）,且观察组显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：辨证施护能显著提高支气管哮喘患者预后生活质量,同时能有效改善患者的中医证候。

Analysis of Effect of Nursing Based on Syndrome Differentiation in Improving Quality of Life of Patients with Bronchial Asthma

Objective ： To study the application of nursing based on syndrome differentiation in improving the quality of life of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods ： We selected 114 cases of bronchial asthma patients and divided them into two groups, the observation group and the control group,57 cases in each. The control group was given conventional nursing and the observation group was given the nursing based on syndrome differentiation. We compared two groups patients life quality and TCM syndrome seore. Results： The life quality and TCM syndrome score had significant difference before and after nursing （ P〈0.05 ）, and those of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Nursing can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with bronchial asthma, and can effectively improve the TCM syndrome patients.
