| 摘 要： | 目的 :总结清代医家陈士铎在《辨证录》中,应用无忧汤治疗情志及心身疾病的经验,为指导临床用药提供思路。方法 :对《辨证录》中有关无忧汤治疗情志疾病的文献进行整理。结果 :主要应用在不寐、健忘、呆病、怔忡、郁证等疾病中有相关论述。结论 :以肝血不足、胆虚易惊为主要病机的情志疾病,均可应用无忧汤加减治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize the experience of CHEN Shiduo using Wuyou Decoction in the Dialectical Recorded in Treatment of emotional disorders in Qing Dynasty, and to provide ideas for clinical medication. Method： Some related emotional disorders experience in the Dialectical Recorded in Treatment about Wuyou Decoction were searched and summarized. Results： Wuyou Decoction was mainly used in the treatment of insomnia, forgetfulness, dementia, palpitation, depression syndrome and other diseases. Conclusion ： Emotional disorders due to liver blood deficiency or gallbladder timid and being easily frightened can be treated with Wuyou Decoction. |
