生脉注射液治疗老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并心衰预后疗效简

目的：分析运用生脉注射液治疗老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并心衰的临床预后疗效。方法：随机选择在我院进行治疗的肺源性心脏病合并心衰的老年患者168例，分成观察组和对照组，各84例。对照组给予常规的肺心病合并心衰的处理措施；观察组在对照组措施上再联合生脉注射液。比较两组在临床疗效、心功能以及老年患者生活质量评分三方面的差异。结果：观察组总有效率为89-29％，对照组为77．38％，观察组显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。心输出量（CO）、心指数（CI）、每搏量（SV）及射血分数（EF）4项比较中，治疗前后差异显著，组间比较，观察组显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组生活质量6项比较均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：运用生脉注射液治疗老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并心衰疗效佳，老年人预后生活质量好，值得临床运用。

Prognosis of Shengmai Injection in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Complicated with Heart Failure

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect and prognosis of Shengmai Injection in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure. Methods： 168 elderly patients with ehroniepulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure were randomly selected and divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional treatment measures. The observation group added Shengmai Injection. The difference between two groups＇ c]inical effect, cardiac function and quality of life was compared. Results ： The total effective rate of observation group was 89.29%, and was significantly better than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. CO, CI, SV and EF of two groups were significantly improved after the treatment, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Six comparisons of quality of life of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Shengmai Injection in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure had significant curative effect.
